Born and rooted in Historic Chester, SC, Betty has spent decades sitting at the intersection of business, community, and human development. She has worked with the U.S. Department of Justice, built four businesses, earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health, and a Master of Science in Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte.
She founded Steppin' Out With Betty with one conviction — that the right conversation at the right time can unlock something in a person that nothing else can. Every episode, every guest, every platform she builds is an extension of that belief.
