Executive Producer, TV and podcast host of Steppin’Out with Betty. I am passionate about Business and Transformative coach by connecting people to their purpose through spatial solutions as an Organizational Learning Specialist and Founder of Bigg Legg Productions, LLC in Chester, SC. An alumna of Queens University of Charlotte in Charlotte, NC, where she holds a B.A. in Organization Communication and Masters of Science in Organization Development with an emphasis on Executive Coaching.

​Betty’s professional experience began while working with the Department of Justice in Washington D.C. after graduating high school. She has also successfully started, owned and operated four companies: A Plus National Home Health, LLC and Leah’s Foundation, Inc., Spatial Solutions, LLC with over 25 years of business experience.

 Betty currently resides with her supportive husband Sean of 25 years and their incredible sons Victor and Zmari.  She served on the Small Business Entrepreneurial Advisory Board for Mecklenburg County, and was instrumental in the small business loan and business concierge programs. As well as the Centralina Area of Aging as Board Adviser for long term care facilities along with other boards and community service too numerous to name.
